THOMSON will soon release the Movotrak 7th Axis (Linear Axis), a plug-in model designed for the FANUC CRX series.

• It is equipped with a variety of features that enhance productivity, including an innovative collision detection function and the Freedrive programming mode.
• Horizontal travel range up to 10 meters.
• Adjustable collision detection functions similar to the robot’s own joints.
• Two types of safety stop functions: (1) Paddle Stop and (2) Collision Detection Stop.
• A 7-axis FreeDrive mode that enables linear teaching similar to a cobot.
• Includes a 10 mm back-off motion upon collision detection in accordance with ISO/TS 15066 considerations.
